The Organization Has The Right To Cancel The Bid Fully or Partially ክፍያ የሚፈጸመው የቀረበው ዕቃ በጥራት በጠያቂው የስራ ክፍል ወይም በሚመለከተው ባለሞያዎች ታይቶ ሲያልፍ ብቻ ነው። አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈውን ዕቃ ፍለሚንጎ ሰንሻይን ህንጻ 7ኛ ፎቅ በሚገኘው የመስሪያ ቤቱ ግምጃ ቤት ማስረከብ የሚችል በጨረታው ላይ ላላቸሁ ማንኛውም ጥያቄ ወይም ማብራርያ ጨረታውን ከመሙላታቹ በፊት በአካልም ሆነ በተቀመጠው ስልክ ቁጥር መጠየቅ ትችላላቹ።
