FAWE-Ethiopia Chapter is a pan African membership Non-Government Organization established in 1994. Since then, FAWE-Eth, has been working in partnership with government and non-government organizations in the area of Girls' Education, FAWE-Eth.re-registered on November 09, 2009 as Resident Charity operating in the area of Girls' education in line with the new organizations of civil societies Proclamation No 1113/2019, of the country.

FAWE-Eth. wants to get its books of accounts audited for its fiscal year ended 31 December 2026 and to select an external auditor of Grade B or above for the next three years by the Board members.

Requirements

The Audit Firm should meet the following minimum requirements

• Be classified as Grade B. or A by the Office of the Federal Auditor General of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia:
• Have well-established experience in auditing Nongovernmental Organizations (NGOs):
• Be VAT registered and able to provide a valid VAT registration certificate;
• Possess a valid and renewed professional license for the current fiscal year;
• Demonstrate experience in auditing organizations using ERP-based accounting system
