ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (Bid Security) ብር 10,000.00 (አስር ሺህ ብር) በe-GP ሲስተም ማያያዝ እንዳለ ሆኖ ዋናውን በአካል አባይ ማዶ ቀበሌ 11 ዘመን ኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ ጎን በሚገኘው ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን 3ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 306 ግዥ ክፍል ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ ማሳሰቢያ፡-ዋጋ እንዲሰጥባቸው የተዘረዘሩ ዕቃዎች በሙሉ ዋጋ መስጠት ያስፈልጋል ነገር ግን ተጫራቹ ዋጋ እንዲሰጥባቸው ከተዘረዘሩ ዕቃዎች ውስጥ ዋጋ ያልሰጠባቸው ዕቃዎች ቢኖሩ ዕቃዎችን በነፃ ለማቅረብ ተስማምቷል፡፡አሸናፊ ድርጅት የህትመት ዕቃዎችን ሰርቶ ባህርዳር ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ አለበት:: አሸናፊው ድርጅት የህትመት ስራዎችን ለሁለት ዓመት የህል ለመስራት ፈቃደኛ መሆን አለበት፡፡መስሪያቤቱ ጨረታዉን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡
