ዩኒቨርስቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው:: አሽናፊው ድርጅት ዕቃውን ዲላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት:: የጨረታ መስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ /CPO/ ማቅረብ አለበት::ጥቃቅን አነስተኛ ለሆኑ ድርጅቶች ከሚመለከተው አደራጅ መስሪያ ቤት የብር መጠንና የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ በተቋሙ የበላይ ኃላፊ ተፈርሞ የወጣ ደብዳቤ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ይህንን መረጃ የጨረታው ጊዜ ከመዝጋቱ 1/ አንድ/ ቀን በፊት አስቀድሞ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡የመግቢያ ቁልፍ ጨረታዉ ከዘጋ በኃላ እስከ 30 ደቂቃ ባለዉ ዉስጥ ማስገባት አለባቹ፡
