የተለያዩ የስፖርት ትጥቆች መስሪያ ቤታችን በሀገር መከላከያ ሚኒስቴር የሎጀስቲክስ ዋና መምሪያ ግዥ ቡድን የተለያዩ የስፖርት ትጥቆች ለመግዛት በወጣው በEGP ግልፅ ጨረታ ላይ የሚወዳደሩ ተጫራቾች የሚከተሉትን መስፈርት ማሟላት ይጠበቅባቸዋል። 1. የሚወዳደሩ ተጫራቾች ያሸነፈባቸውን የተለያዩ የስፖርት ትጥቆች በራሱ ትራንስፖርት የሎጀስቲክስ ዋና መምሪያ ግምጃ ቤት ማቅረብ አለበት። 2. ተጫራቾች CPO ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ እና የተለያዩ የስፖርት ትጥቆች ሳምፕል ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው። 3. ሳምፕል ማቅረብያ ቦታ ሎጀስቲክስ ዋና መምሪያ ቢሮ ቁጥር 10 ማቅረብ አለባችሁ። 4. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና CPO ስካን በማድረግ በEGP ሲስተም ላይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማያያዝ አለባችሁ። 5. ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩበት የተለያዩ የስፖርት ትጥቆች በስፔስፊኬሽን መሰረት በሲስተሙ ላይ በመሙላት ማቅረብ አለባችሁ። 6. ጨረታው ሲከፈት በሰዓቱ ኪ-ኮድ ሼር ያላደረገ ተጫራች፤ በኋላ ለሚመጣው ችግር መስሪያ ቤታችን ሀላፊነቱን አይወስድም። 7. ተጫራቾች እውነተኛ ያልሆነ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ማቅረብ ከጨረታ ውድድር ዉጪ ከማድረግ ባሻገር በማጭበርበር ወንጀል በህግ ያስጠይቃል። 8. መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።
