Yetebaberut Beherawi Petroleum S.C (YBP) is a share company established according to the commercial code of Ethiopia, 1952 in the year 2005 and engaged in importing and distributing various types of fuels and lubricants. YBP is pleased to invite qualified & registered Audit firms recognized by the Accounting and Audit Board of Ethiopia (AABE) to submit their proposal to undertake the audit of its accounts for the fiscal year 2025/2026 ending June 30, 2026 by submitting the required documents.

Please submit your audit fees for fiscal year 2025/2026 and for next two fiscal years 2026/2027 & 2027/2028, so that service agreement shall be signed accordingly.

Requirements:

a) Profile of the audit firm

b) Renewed trade license, TIN & VAT Certificates

c) Certificate of registration from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia.

d) Certificate of Professional Competence

e) Time frame to complete the audit & produce the reports

f) Other related documents

Bid Submission & Opening:

• The Technical and Financial proposals should be submitted separately in a sealed envelope.
• Bids shall be received by YBP within 10 calendar days from the date of this announcement (before May 20, 2026; 2:00 PM (8:00 Local time))
• Bids submitted after the closing date & time will not be considered.
• Bids received in time shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on May 20,2026 at 2:30 PM (8:30 Local time) at YBP's Head Office.
• The winner should submit its letter of engagement before the auditing task is started.
• The appointed auditor should produce audit report and management letter at the end of its undertaking.
• The auditing process shall be completed on or before September 30, 2026.
• YBP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at its own discretion.
