RE-ADVERTISEMENT-INVITATION TO BID (ITB)

Selam Children's Village (SCV) invites eligible and qualified external audit firms to submit sealed technical and financial proposals for audit services.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

1. Bidders must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the Terms of Reference/BID-Document/ including, Professional license from AABE, Practicing Certificates, and valid business license for the current year, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and VAT registration certificate.

2. Bid documents may be obtained from SCV's Finance and Facility Department, starting from the date of first publication of this notice in The Reporter newspaper

3. Proposals shall be submitted in:

• One original
• Two copies
• Separate sealed envelopes (Technical and Financial)
• Documents Shall be submitted in person at Selam Children Village-Head quarter which is located in Yeka Subcity, Woreda 11, Kotebe Hanamariam

4. Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial proposals opened

5. Bid opening shall take place 10 days after advertisement, in the presence of bidders or their representatives in 8:30 (local time) in the afternoon

6. All documents must be submitted in English

7. Submission deadline: 10 days from the date of publication of this notice no later than 8:00 (local time) in the afternoon.

8. SCV reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without obligation to provide reasons
