ተጫራቾች ለባህር ዳር ጉምሩክ የተሰራ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና (Bid Security) ብር 50,000.00 (አምሳ ሺህ ብር) በe-GP ሲስተም ማያያዝ እንዳለ ሆኖ ዋናው በአካል ባህር ዳር ዘመን ኮንስትራክሽን ቢሮ ጎን 3ኛ ፎቅ ቢሮ ቁጥር 306 ግዥ ክፍል በሚገኘው ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ቢሮ ማቅረብ አለባቸው። ማንኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ናሙና የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸዉ። አሸናፊ ድርጅቶች ዕቃዎችን ባህር ዳር ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ድረስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል። መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
