Introduction

Duka International School S.C., a share company operating in Addis Ababa, hereby invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified external audit firms for the provision of External Audit Services for three consecutive fiscal years (2018, 2019 & 2020 E.C.)

1. Scope of the Assignment:- The selected audit firm shall:

• Conduct annual audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
• Provide independent audit opinions on the financial statements
• Review internal control systems and issue management letters
• Ensure compliance with applicable Ethiopian laws and regulations

2. Eligibility Criteria:- Interested bidders must fulfill the following requirements: 

• Valid license from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE)
• Minimum of five (5) years' relevant audit experience
• Proven experience in auditing share companies, international schools, or NGOS
• Availability of qualified professional staff
• Valid business license, TIN certificate, and VAT registration

3. Bid Submission Requirements:- Bidders shall submit:

• Technical Proposal (company profile, experience, methodology. team composition)
• Financial Proposal (detailed price quotation)
• Copies of all legal and professional certificates

4. Submission Details:- Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked: "Bid for External Audit Service"

Deadline: Within 10 (Ten) consecutive days from the date of publication of this announcement.

5. Additional Conditions
