Background:

Development Expertise Center (DEC) is national civil society organization dedicated to improving the wellbeing of women, children. and youth across Ethiopia. As part of its ongoing efforts to support vulnerable populations, DEC plans to procure dignity kits that include essential hygiene and protection items for women and girls in crisis-affected communities.

Invitation:

DEC invites all qualified and interested suppliers to participate in the bid for the supply and delivery of dignity kits and menstrual hygiene supplies.

The dignity kit includes a dignity bag. body soap, laundry soap, torch light, underwear, reusable sanitary pads, hair oil, a pyjama with scarf, liquid soap, sandals, and a toothbrush with toothpaste.

Requirements

• All items must meet minimum quality standards
• Suppliers must ensure durability, safety, and appropriateness of items
• Items should be delivered as complete kits, properly packaged

Eligibility Criteria

• Interested bidders must:
• Be legally registered and licensed
• Have relevant experience in supplying
• dignity kits or similar goods
• Provide valid tax clearance and company documentation
