  • Terms and Conditions: 1. አሸናፊው ድርጅት ያሸነፈባቸውን እቃዎች በራሱ ትራንስፖርት ሰንዳፋ ከተማ የኢትዮጵያ ፖሊስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግምጃ ቤት ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 2. ተጫራቾች በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ (Unconditional BID bond Bank Guarantee) ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ኢትዮጵያ ፖሊስ ዩኒቨርሲቲ አስተዳደር ህንፃ ቢሮ ቁጥር 02 በአካል ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን ይህን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ስካን በማድረግ በE-GP ሲስተም ሊይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማያያዝ ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡ 3. አንዳንድ እቃዎች የተለየ መገለጫ ስላላቸው ቴክኒካል ስፔካቸውን ማየት ይጠበቅባችኋል፡፡ ሆኖም ግን ሲስተሙ በሚያዝዘው መሰረት ለእያንዳንዱ እቃዎች የራሳችሁን ስፔስፊኬሽን እንድታስገቡ/እንድታያይዙ እንገልጻለን፡፡ 4. አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚያቀርበው Computers እቃዎች ጥራት ያለው መሆን አለበት፡፡ 5. ጨረታው ሲከፈት በሰዓቱ ኪኮድ ሸር ያላደረገ ተጫራች በኋላ ለሚመጣው ችግር መስሪያ ቤታችን ሀሊፊነቱን አይወስድም፡፡ 6. ከጥቃቅንና አነስታኛ ተቋም የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ የምታመጡ ድርጅቶች የምታመጡት ደብዳቤ በ2017ዓ.ም በወጣው የግዥ መመረያ መሰራት ከአደራጃችሁ ተቋም በትክክል የተጻፈ፣ የግንኙነት አድራሻ ያለው፣ በደብዳቤው ላይ የጨረታውን አይነት /የጨረታ መለያ ቁጥሩ/ እና የገንዘቡ መጠን መገለጽ አለበት፡፡
