TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT

THE SIDAMA BUREAU OF AGRICULTURE AND NATURAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT (hereinafter named as "the Public Body") now invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply of Agricultural Lime for Acidic for A Soil Reclamation for Bursa and Shafamo Woredas.

Procurement Method: National Competitive Bidding (NCB)

A complete set of the Bidding Documents in English can be purchased by interested bidders from the Procurement and Finance Directorate Office of the Sidama Agriculture and Natural Resources Development Bureau, located at the Bureau's main office in Hawassa, during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, local time) starting from May 13, 2026, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred Ethiopian Birr).

Bidders must submit their technical and financial offers separately in wax-sealed envelopes, one original and two copies. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Ethiopian Birr) in the form of a Certified Payment Order (CPO) or Bank Guar- antee valid for 120 days.

Bids must be delivered to the Procurement and Finance Directorate Office on or before Jun 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives on Jun 10, 2026, at 10:30 AM local time at the Bureau's conference hall on working Day.

Late bids will be rejected.

The Public Body reserves the right to cancel the bid process partially or fully.
