INVITATION FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID (NCB)

The Somali Regional state Somali mesob invites wax sealed bids to all interested and eligible bidders with renewed license, valid for 2018 EFY for supplying of goods and services of the listed lots.

Lot: One Procurement of-electronics

Suppliers must have a valid trading license renewed for 2018 EFY, Tax registration, Tin, supply certificate.

Bid document may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the office of Somali Regional state Somali mesob Finance and Logistic Support Process up on submission of written application and non Refundable fee of 500 birr only.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security 2% (Two percent) of bid price in the form of CPO only and valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening.

Bids must be submitted to Somali Regional state Somali mesob Finance and Logistic Support Process after 7 days of announcement on the newspaper at 10:00AM. in the presence of bidders or legal representative, late bids shall be rejected, bidders shall submitted to two envelopes (qualification information and Bid security) in one envelope and financial Bid) separately in other envelope and should be sealed in other envelope. Evaluation is too carried out in two stages (Qualification information) First and (Financial bids) of qualified bidders next.
