  • Terms and Conditions: • መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ • ዋስትና(Bid Security) ብር 40,000.00(አርባ ሺህ ብር) በሲስተም ማያያዝ እንደተጠበቀ ሆኖ የጨረታ ማስከሪያውን ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ዋና መ/ቤት 4ኛ ፎቅ ግዥ ክፍል ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው፡፡  ተጫራቾች በጨረታው የአሸነፉበትን ዕቃ ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን የዕቃ ማከማቻ መጋዘን ውስጥ የማቅረብ ግዴታ አለባቸው፡፡  ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው ናሙና ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው ናሙና ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ወደ ቀጣይ ፋይናንሻል ግምገማ አያልፍም፡፡
