MSI Ethiopia Invites Eligible Bidders for the Procurement of medical supplies, drugs, equipment and laboratory reagents

TENDER FOR PURCHASE OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES, DRUGS, REAGENTS AND EQUIPMENT

MSI Ethiopia is a non-governmental and non-profit making organization that has been providing family planning (FP) and other Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services in Ethiopia since 1990. Its vision is "Children by Choice, not by Chance". In line with this vision, it provides a comprehensive family planning and reproductive health services through's Ethiopia static clinics, social franchising private networks, and Mobile Units

MSI Ethiopia would like to procure medical supplies, Drugs, equipment and laboratory reagents.

Accordingly, MSI Ethiopia is looking forward to contract Manufacturers and potential Importers ONLY who would be interested and capable to supply.

Therefore, it invites all interested and eligible candidates to bid for this procurement.

1. Interested, qualified and eligible bidders are invited to collect the detailed items lists (TOR) from the MSI Ethiopia head office located at Wello sefer, Ethio-China road in front of Tebaber Berta Building, from the reception desk during working hours starting from the date of first announcement.

2. Bidders must submit Financial Proposals in two copies (one copy and one Original) into the box ready for the bid on or before 01 June 2026, 10:00 AM. Bidding documents must be signed, and bidders are also required to submit legal documents (renewed business license, tax identification, value added tax registration certificate etc....).

3. The tender will be opened on 01 June 2026, 10:30AM, in the presence of interested bidders' or their official representatives who may choose to attend at the conference room of MSI Ethiopia.
