PATH would like to invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the purchase of used company equipment and assets.

PATH would like to invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the purchase of used company equipment and assets. The items are being sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis and include office furniture, IT equipment, generator and other operational assets. Interested bidders may visit the items listed below during working hours starting from May 21. Inspection of the items will also be allowed during the stated period.

1. All used items shall be sold on the physical condition "as is" and "where is" basis, and without additional resources of warranties of any kind.
2. Bidders who wish to apply for multiple Items should submit their offers in separate envelopes.
3. Site visit will be organized for interested bidders from 21 – 26 May 2026 during working hours only on Mondays to Fridays from 09:00am-5:00pm Addis Ababa Time.
4.  Bidders are reminded that offers must be submitted for each Items in separate envelope. PATH will neither accept nor consider any lump submission of several Items grouped together in one envelope and any of such offer will automatically be disqualified.
5. The Bid Form shall be made available during the site visit to interested bidders and shall be filled, signed, and submitted in separate sealed envelopes, addressed to Bole Medhanialem, behind the HUB Hotel, Addis Ababa Ethiopia.
6.  Bidders will be required to sign a Bid Register upon handing over of their offers in sealed.
7. The acceptable currencies for submission of bids are ETB.
8. All items will be sold "as is" and "where is" basis to the highest offer bidders. In the event of achieving the same quoted price, priority shall be given to bidder with the earliest submission date and time as per the duly signed records of the Bid Register.
9. The deadline for the submission of bid is 5:00 hours (Addis Ababa time) on 26 May 2026.
10. The items sold to the winning bidder must be removed from the premises of PATH Country Office within five (5) working days after payment is received
11. PATH will not provide any assistance, neither mechanical nor manpower, for the removal of the any item under public sales,
12. The winning bidders shall be responsible for any statutory fees applied by the local authorities that may be required.
13. PATH reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any or all bids without providing any justification whatsoever.
14. All suppliers who have valid licenses, TIN number and VAT registration document can participate and submit their offer.
