PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR IFRS FIRST CONVERSION

CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Hazal Real Estate S.Co invites qualified and experienced consulting firms to submit sealed technical and financial proposals for the provision of consultancy services for First-Time Adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

The assignment includes IFRS conversion, preparation of IFRS-compliant financial statements, reconciliation reports, disclosure notes, and support during the external audit process.

Scope of Services

The selected consultant shall perform, among others, the following services:

• Review existing financial statements and accounting practices;
• Conduct IFRS gap assessment;
• Prepare IFRS conversion adjustments;
• Prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements:
• Prepare equity and profit reconciliations:
• Support the external audit process until final sign-off.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must:

• Be legally registered and licensed:
• Have proven IFRS implementation experience;
• Demonstrate experience in the real estate sector;
• Have qualified professional staff;
• Provide evidence of similar assignments completed.
