Hagereseb Real Estate S.C. invites interested and qualified External Audit Firms to submit their technical and financial proposals for the provision of external audit services.

Scope of Service

The selected audit firm shall provide external audit services for the Company's financial statements and related records for the 2018, 2019, and 2020 Ethiopian Fiscal Years in accordance with applicable Ethiopian laws, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.

The assignment includes, but is not limited to:

• Examination of financial statements and accounting records
• Review of construction and real estate related transactions
• Verification of revenues, costs, bank balances, and supporting documents
• Review of tax compliance and statutory obligations
• Issuance of audited financial statements and management letter with recommendations

Nature and Volume of Work

The engagement covers three consecutive Ethiopian fiscal years (2018-2020 E.C.). Since operational activities may vary from year to year, the exact quantity and volume of audit work cannot presently be determined.

The scope of work for each year shall depend on the Company's operational activities, transaction volume, and statutory requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested audit firms must:

• Possess a valid business license for external auditing services
• Have renewed Tax Identification Number (TIN) and VAT registration certificates
• Have relevant experience in auditing real estate, construction, or related business sectors
• Have qualified professional staff and adequate institutional capacity

Proposal Submission

Interested firms are invited to submit: Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Company Profile. Copies of valid licenses and certificates within 10 working days from the date of this announcement.

Financial proposals shall clearly indicate:

• Audit fee for 2018 E.C.
• Audit fee for 2019 E.C.
• Audit fee for 2020 E.C.
• Total price including applicable taxes
