ማንኛውም ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን ኦርጅናል የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን ከመድረሱ ከአንድ ቀን ቀደም ብሎ አሶሳ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ በአካል በመቅረብ ማስረከብ አለበት፡፡ ማንኛውም ተጫራች ኦርጅናል ማስረጃዎችን ግልፅና ተነባቢ እንዲሆኑ በማድረግ ስካን አድርጎ በፔዲኤፍ ማያያዝ አለበት፡ ግልፅና ተነባቢ ያልሆነ ማስረጃ ማያያዝ ውድቅ ያስደርጋል፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተወዳዳሪዎች የዕቃዎቹን ናሙና አሶሳ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግቢ ድረስ በአካል አቅርበው ማሰረከብ አለባቸው፡፡
