ኦሪጂናል ሲ.ፒ.ኦ/ጋራንቲ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ አንድ ቀን በፊት ኮምቦልቻ ቴክኖሎጅ ኢንስቲትዩት ግቢ ግዥ ቢሮ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡ያሸነፉትን እቃዎች በውሉ መሠረት በወሎ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኮምቦልቻ ቴክኖሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩት በራሱ ትራንስፖርት በማቅረብ የገጠማ እና የኢንስታሌሽን ስራ ይሰራል በተጨማሪም የመጡትን እቃዎች ከገጠመና ስራ የማስጀመር ስራ ከሰራ በኋላ ለሚመለከታቸው ባለሙያዎች ማሽኑን በተመለከተ ስልጠና መስጠት ይጠበቅበታል፡፡የአሸናፊው ድርጅት እቃዎች ተቀባይነት የሚኖረው ድርጅቱ ያመጣቸውን እቃዎች ከነበረው የላብራቶሪ እቃዎች ጋር በማዋሀድ የገጠማ፤ሙሉ ላብራቶሪው የሚፈለጉ ሙከራዎችን መስራቱን ማረጋገጥ፤ስራ ማስጀመር እና ስልጠና መሠጠቱ በጥራት አረጋጋጭ ኮሚቴ አማካኝነት ተቀባይነት ሲኖር ብቻ ይሆናል፡፡ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡የመክፈቻ ሚስጥር ቁጥር ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ማያያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ተጫራቹ አጠቃላይ የእቃዎቹን አይነት እና ባህሪ ወሎ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ኮምቦልቻ ቴክኖሎጂ ኢንስቲትዩት እቃዎቹ ከሚገኙበት ወርክሾፕ በአካል በመምጣት ማየት ይጠበቅበታል፡፡
