INVITATION FOR BIDS

ECWC Rising Hongfa Plc. invites sealed bids from qualified, competent, and independent certified public audit firms to conduct the statutory financial audit of its financial statements for the fiscal year ending July 7, 2026.

Interested bidders must fulfill the following mandatory requirements to participate in this tender:

1. Bidders must submit a valid and renewed Business License. Commercial Registration Certificate, Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Certificate, and a valid Tax Clearance Certificate.

2. Prospective bidders can purchase the complete set of bidding documents starting from the date of this announcement upon payment of a non- refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr). Documents are available at the Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (Equipment Compound), Kality (Wuha Limat), GIW Building, 2nd Floor, Office No. 203, during official working hours.

3. Bids must be accompanied by an unconditional Bid Security in the form of a Certified Payment Order (CPO) or a Bank Guarantee from a recognized commercial bank, valid for at least thirty (30) calendar days beyond the bid validity period.

4. Bidders must deliver their technical and financial proposals in separate, securely sealed envelopes to the address below before the closing deadline.

5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized legal representatives at the Head Office of ECWC Rising Hongfa PLC on the date and time specified below.

6. The PLC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to cancel the tendering process entirely at any stage, without incurring any liability.
