ዩኒቨርሰቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። አሽናፊው ድርጅት ዕቃውን ዲላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት። የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ /CPO እንዲሁም ለጥቃቅን እና አነስተኛ ለሆኑት ድርጅቶች ከሚመለከተው አደራጅ መስሪያ ቤት የብር መጠንና የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ በተቋሙ የበላይ ኃላፊ ተፈርሞ የወጣ ደብዳቤ መቅረብ አለበት። ይህንንም መረጃ የጨረታው ጊዜ ከመመዝጋቱ በፊት አስቀድመው አስቀድመው ማቅረብ ይኖርበቸዋል። አዲስ አበባና አካባቢዋ ያላችሁ ተጫራቶች ቦሌ ሩዋንዳ ኢንባሲ ፊትለፊት ባለው መስሪያ ቤት ማቅረብ ትችላላችሁ ዲላ እና አካባቢዋ ያላችሁ ተጫራቶች ዲላ ዩኒቨርስቲ ኦዳ ያአ ካምፓስ ግዥ ሰራ አስፈፃሚ ጽ/ቤት ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።
