Domestic Bidders shall provide VAT registration
certificate issued by the tax authority in case of contract value of Birr 100,000.00 and above.

Relevant professional practice or trade license shall be required.

The Bidder shall be required to include with its bid, documentation from the Manufacturer of the Goods, that it has been duly authorized to supply, in Ethiopia, the Goods indicated in its bid.N/A

The deadline for submission of questions and/or clarifications is:

Language of the Bid shall be English.

Deliver at SOS Sahel Ethiopia warehouse and 1 year warranty is mandatory.

For Goods and Related Services, that the Bidder will supply from inside Ethiopia the prices shall be quoted in ETB.
A Performance Bond shall be required after Contract signing. The amount of the Performance bond shall be 10% of the total contract price in the form of CPO.

The organization shall be undertaken physical checking of current Bidder's technical qualifications and competence.

Bidder shall furnish as part of its bid the following documentary technical evidence:

• Detailed technical specification of the items
• VAT registration certificate
• TIN certificate
• Business license
• Client's recommendation/support letter Tax clearance
• Supplier list registration certificate of FPPA

Samples of the quoted products shall not be requested. If requested, the following samples must be submitted

Payment: 100% Will be made after delivery and acceptance of physical inspection report by SOS Sahel Ethiopia technical expert.

Delivery Time within Five days from date of contract signing date

-The bid validity period shall be: 30/Thirty/ Days from date of Bid opening

A bid security shall be required
1. The amount of the bid security shall be 2% of the total price offer in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee
NB: SOS Sahel Ethiopia check the guarantee with Bank regarding to the originality.

In addition to the original of the Financial and Technical Document, the number of copies required is: One for evidence

Bidder shall be required to submit bid documents in two original envelopes containing the technical and financial proposals separately in one outer envelope.
