Terms and Conditions: ማሳሰቢያ የአቅራቢው ብቃት እና የዋስትና ግዴታዎች (Mandatory Requirements) እነዚህ ነጥቦች አቅራቢውን በህግ የሚያሰገድድትክክለኛውን ተወዳዳሪ የሚለዩ ናቸው፦ • Warranty: ለሁለቱም ምርቶች ቢያንስ 2 ዓመት (24 ወራት) ሙሉ የሃርድዌር እና የሶፍትዌር ዋስትና (Comprehensive Warranty) መሰጠት አለበት። ዋስትናው የምርት ጉድለቶችን (Factory Defects) ሁሉ ማካተት ይኖርበታል። • Maintenance Center: አቅራቢው በአምራቹ እውቅና የተሰጠውና በቂ መለዋወጫ (Spare parts) ያለው የጥገና ማዕከል በአዲስ አበባ ውስጥ ያለው መሆኑን የሚያሳይ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል። • Product Authenticity: የሚቀርቡት ምርቶች አዲስ (Brand New) እና ያልታደሱ (Non-Refurbished) መሆን አለባቸው። የቁጥጥር ቁጥራቸው (Serial Number) በአምራቹ ድረ-ገጽ ላይ ትክክለኛነቱ መረጋገጥ አለበት። • Delivery Period: ውል ከተፈረመበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 7 የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ ዕቃዎቹን ገቢ ማድረግ የሚችል መሆን አለበት። the organization have the right to cancelled partialy or completly the bid
