Partnership for Pastoralists Development Association (PAPDA) is a national non-governmental organization established in June 2006. The organization operates in four regions of Ethiopia, namely Somali, Oromia, Afar, and South Ethiopia Regions, with the mission of improving and strengthening the resilience and capacities of pastoralist and agro-pastoralist communities through development, emergency response, and peacebuilding interventions.

Currently, PAPDA is seeking a supplier to purchase 1500 dignity kits for Integrating and Strengthening Community-Based Protection and Resilience for Drought-Affected Communities in Rayitu Woreda, East Bale Zone, Oromia Region.
