Warranty	በተቋሙ የሚቀርቡ መለዋወጫዎችን ገጥሞ መስራት የሚችል እና ለተሰራው ስራ ለተሰጠው አገልግሎት ዋስትና ለሚያስፈልጋቸው ስራዎች ለአንድ ዓመት ዋስትና መስጠት የሚችል፣
Delivery and Completion Schedule	አገልግሎት ለመስጠት በየቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤት እና መ/ጣቢያዎች ለመሄድ እና ጥገናው ባለበት ቦታ ሁሉ በራሱ ትራንስፖርት በመሄድ መጠገን ያለበት፣
የጀነሬተር የጥገና እና የሰርቪስ ማኑዋል (Maintenance & Service Manual) ቼክ ሊስት(Check List) እና ተዛማጅ የሰርቪስ ማኑዋሎችን ውል ለሚገባባቸው ጀነሬተሮች ስታንዳርድ የሆነ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለበት፣	የጀነሬተር የጥገና እና የሰርቪስ ማኑዋል (Maintenance & Service Manual) ቼክ ሊስት(Check List) እና ተዛማጅ የሰርቪስ ማኑዋሎችን ውል ለሚገባባቸው ጀነሬተሮች ስታንዳርድ የሆነ ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለበት፣

Terms and Conditions: የጀነሬተር ሰርቪስ እና ጥገና አገልግሎቱ ለሁለት አመት የሚቆይ ይሆናል፡፡ ተጫራቾች ጀነሬተሩ ባለበት ቦታ በአካል በመሄድ ሰርቪስ እና ጥገና የሚደረግ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያው ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ኮሚሽኑ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
