CALL FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID (NCB)

Dashen Bank invites eligible and interested bidders for the procurement of Retrofitting (Cash Van) Work for ISUZU NPR Trucks.

1. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://extratenders.net/ or https://dashen.afrotender.com to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) starting from June 3, 2026.
2. All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank's supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/.
3. Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
4. Bidders must present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.
5. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the blow FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document for this bid reference numbers.
6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on June 17, 2026 up to 5:00 P.M Afternoon at the place mentioned under No. 7 below.
7.  Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the Dashen Bank Head Office Building, 7th Floor, Supply Chain Management Department meeting hall, tentatively on June 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM, Afternoon.
8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.
9.  The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
