MSF Belgium - Ethiopia Mission is inviting suppliers to submit their bids for the supply of dispenser drinking water.

INVITATION FOR BIDS - REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

MSF is an international medical and humanitarian, non-profit, organization acting in accordance with the principles and rights of humanitarian assistance and international medical ethics. MSF provides medical and humanitarian assistance to populations in need without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, creed or political affiliation, in contexts of epidemic, endemic, natural disaster and conflict in more than 70 countries in the world. In Ethiopia MSF Belgium supports the Regional Ministry of Health facilities in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Health in responding to healthcare needs of vulnerable communities affected by displacement, disease outbreaks, malnutrition and WASH.

To facilitate its activities MSF Belgium - Ethiopia Mission is inviting suppliers to submit their bids for the supply of dispenser drinking water as specified below:

1. Interested vendors should submit their bids including:

• Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation
• Taxpayer Registration
• Valid Business License
• VAT Certificate
• Authorized bottled water manufacturers and/or Authorized dealers for a manufacturer.
• Product Certificate of Conformity issued by the Ethiopian Conformity Assessment Enterprise (ECAE) both for manufacturers and / or Authorized dealers from a manufacturer. Note: for Authorized dealer for a manufacturer this document and the product in the bid should only be from a single source (manufacturer).

2. Prices quoted should be inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes and must be in ETB (Ethiopian Birr) and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of the tender.

3. Successful vendor(s) will be informed after evaluation of the valid submitted bids.

4. All bids should be submitted in sealed and labelled envelopes to the address below before close of business on 10th June 2026.
