5. Bid must be delivered to Pastoralist Development Bureau, on or before 15 June 2026 G.C at 10:00 A.M EAT and will be open in the presence of the bidder's representative who choose to attend at 10:30 A.M EAT on the same date of closing.

6. Electronic bidding will not be permitted and late bid will be rejected.

7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security with the amount stated in the above table in Ethiopia Birr.
