Dashen Bank would like to invite all eligible and interested bidders for procurement of the following item.

1. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://extratenders.com.et/ and https://dashen. afrotender.com/or afrotender.com to access the bidding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) equivalent currency easily convertible in Ethiopian Birr starting from June 8, 2026.

2. Copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate is required while submitting the bid document.

3. New Bidders are advised to first register as a supplier on the Bank's SAP Ariba Electronic Procurement system. You can complete your registration by visiting our official website at www.dashenbanksc.com  or by clicking on the direct link to the supplier registration page: https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/ .

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Dashen Bank S.C at the address given below during the office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00-12:00 AM., 1:00-5:00 PM. and Saturday 8:00-12:00 A.M.), excluding public holiday.

5. The bidders shall present as a bid security for of ETB 1,600,000.00 (Birr One Million Six Hundred Thousand only) or USD 10,120.00 (Ten Thousand One Hundred Twenty US Dollar Only) in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee/counter guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) at least valid for 150 days upon submission of offer. At the same time the bid validity shall be 120 days.

6. Bidders must submit the Technical and Financial Bid in separate envelopes, and labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security,

7. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on: June 29, 2026, up to 5:00 PM Afternoon.

8. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidder's or their legal representative at the avenue of Dashen Bank, 7th floor Supply Chain Management Department, meeting hall tentatively on June 30, 2026. at 8:30 PM EAT morning

9. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 2 to 8 shall result in automatic rejection.

10. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
