Terms and Conditions: 1.ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ (Unconditional BID Bond Bank Guarantee) በአካል የግዥ እና ፋይናንስ መምሪያ ቢሮ ድረስ ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅባችሁ ሲሆን ዋናውን የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ቀደም ብሎ ማምጣት አለባችሁ እንዲሁም ዋስትናውን ስካን በማድረግ በE-GP ሲስተም ላይ ከጨረታ ሰነዳችሁ ጋር ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችዋል፡፡ 2.በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሆነ ድርጅት ያሸነፈበትን Electric Bus እስከ ገዥው መጋዘን ድረስ የማምጣት ግዴታ አለበት(ሳሪስ ቡና ቦርድ በሚገኘው ንብረት አስተዳደር ጠቅላላ አገልግሎት መምሪያ መጋዘን). 3.ተጫራች ድርጅቶች ለሚጫረቱበት Electric BUS የተመረተበትን ሃገር እና ብራንድ/Brand መጥቀስ ይጠበቅባችዋል፡፡ 4.ተቋሙ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊል ወይም ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡
