  • Terms and Conditions: 1.መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ 2.ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲያሰሩ በቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅርንጫፍ ጽህፈት ቤት ስም በማሰራት ማቅረብ ይኖረባቸዋል፡፡ 3. በጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ስም ተዘጋጅቶ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ተቀባይነት የሌለዉ መሆኑ ይታወቅ፡፡ 4. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ስም ካዘጋጁ በኋላ ጨረታዉ ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን በአካል የማቅረብ እና ሲስተም ላይ የማያያዝ/Attach/ ማድረግ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ 5.ተጫራቾች ዋጋ የሞሉበትን ተሸከርካሪ ሲፈለግ ቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ድረስ ተሸከረካሪዉ እንዲቀርብ በተጠየቀዉ መሰረት የቀረበ ስለመሆኑ ለሚያረጋግጡ የቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ ኮሚቴዎች ለማሳየት ፍቃደኛ የሆነ፡፡ 6. የተሽከርካሪ ነዳጅና ሹፌር በአቅራቢዉ ድርጅት የሚሸፈን ይሆናል፡፡ 7. በሠንጠረዡ ውስጥ የሚሰጠው ዋጋ ቫትን ጨምሮ ወይንም ሳይጨምር መሆኑ ይገለፅ፡፡ 8. ዋጋ ሲሞሉ የሥራውን ዓይነት እና ፌርማታዎችን በጥንቃቄ አይተው መሙላት አለባቸዉ ፡፡
