Cordaid Ethiopia hereby invites interested and eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the purchase of used tires and batteries on an "as-is, where-is" basis.

Interested bidders are invited to submit their offers in a sealed envelope.

Important: Partial bids will not be accepted. Bidders must submit an offer covering all listed items.

The bidding submission must include the following information:

• Full name of the bidder/company
• Complete address and contact details
• Offered purchase price (lump sum amount for all listed items) Signature of the bidder

3.2 Bid Security Requirement

All interested bidders are required to submit a Cash Payment Order (CPO) of ETB 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Ethiopian Birr) issued in the name of Cordaid as part of their bid submission.

Bids submitted without the required CPO shall be considered non- responsive and will be rejected.

4. Inspection of Items

Interested bidders may inspect the items during the following working hours at Cordaid Ethiopia premises:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

5. General Conditions

• The items will be sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis, and Cordaid Ethiopia makes no warranty regarding their condition or usability.
• Cordaid Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason and without incurring any liability to bidders.
• Successful bidders shall be responsible for the collection and transportation of the purchased items.
• Full payment should be made within five working days after award notices.
