Valid tax clearance certificate	Having been submitted valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority (Domestic Bidders Only) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii)

Terms and Conditions: 1. ኢንስቲትዩቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ከገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በመሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው 2. ተጫራቾች ተጨማሪ እቃዎች ለሚያስፈልጋቸው እቃዎች በተዘረዘሩት መሰረት ዋጋውን ከዋናው እቃ ጋር ደምረው በዋጋ መስጫ ቦታ ላይ ብቻ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡ 3. ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ከጨረታው መክፈቻ ሰዓት ከ30፡00 ደቂቃ በፊት በኢንስቲትዩቱ ግዥ ክፍል ማስረከብ አለባቸው (ከተጠቀሰው ሰዓት በኋላ የሚመጣ ተቀባይነት የለውም)
