ዩኒቨርስቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። አሽናፊው ድርጅት ዕቃውን ዲላ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ድረስ ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት። የጨረታ መስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ /CPO/ ማቅረብ አለበት። ጥቃቅን አነስተኛ ለሆኑ ድርጅቶች ከሚመለከተው አደራጅ መስሪያ ቤት የብር መጠንና የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ በተቋሙ የበላይ ኃላፊ ተፈርሞ የወጣ ደብዳቤ መቅረብ አለበት። ይህንን መረጃ የጨረታው ጊዜ ከመዝጋቱ 1/ አንድ/ ቀን በፊት አስቀድሞ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል። የመግቢያ ቁልፍ ጨረታዉ ከዘጋ በኃላ እስከ 30 ደቂቃ ባለዉ ዉስጥ ማስገባት አለባቹ።
