The International Fertilizer Development Centre (IFDC) with its headquarters in Muscle Shoals, Alabama is a public international organization active in 27 countries in Africa, Asia, and America. IFDC Ethiopia is duly registered and licensed as Foreign Charity (with license # 3411) in accordance with the Charities and Societies Proclamation No. 621/2009. IFDC Ethiopia intends to procure the below listed printing materials and hereby invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers in accordance with the item and specification list, instructions, and terms and conditions of purchase stated hereunder.

Bid Submission:
Technical Proposal:
Bidders must submit their technical proposals in softcopy only via email to procurementethiopia@ifdc.org on or before June 19, 2026 (5 working days). Technical proposals shall include:
- A cover letter and company profile outlining the list of printing equipment owned, age, capacity, list of vehicles owned for logistics and delivery, stock of printing materials and storage capacity, source of power supply for uninterrupted work, organization structure, customer portfolio...etc.
- Copies of valid business license, Registration/VAT/Tax certificates
- Evidence of past work experience (preferably with International NGOs) particularly in the supply of paper printing materials in the form of copies of purchase orders, contracts, work orders and services completed within the last 2 years
- Reference letters from at least three (3) corporate organizations written within the last 3 years
- Copies of audited accounts/financial statements/annual turnovers for the last 3 years
Financial Proposal:
Bidders must submit their financial proposals in hard copy only in sealed envelope (envelope clearly marked with the bidders' name, address, location, email and phone number) to IFDC Ethiopia office (address below) by/before June 19, 2026 (5 working days). Financial proposals shall include:
- Prices of the items listed with full specifications
- Lead time for delivery of items quoted
- Two (2) quality sample prints (similar in nature, material to the booklets/leaflets)
- A statement of declaration accepting IFDC terms and conditions of purchase which include:
- Price is to be given in local currency (ETB)
- Validity of quote - 30 working days
- Payment terms - 100% after delivery and submission of valid invoices & payment request letter
- Delivery place-IFDC office (Addis Ababa)
- Costs of transport, loading, unloading, labor / machinery costs to be borne by the supplier
Evaluation Methodology:
Proposals shall be primarily assessed based on fulfillment of prequalification requirements and technical responsiveness. Financial offers of only bids/bidders determined to have fulfilled prequalification and technical requirements shall be financially evaluated based on least price (100%).
IFDC Ethiopia reserves the right to change or cancel this RFP at any time during the solicitation and/or evaluation process with no reasons for doing so at no cost to it. IFDC Ethiopia also reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions prior to or during the assessment, final selection and award process (e.g. site visit, performance bond, vetting and due diligence requirements, acceptance to IFDC policies)
