Facilitator for Change (FC) is a local nongovernmental organization established in Ethiopia in 1998, with a vision of building prosperous and resilient communities across the country.

FC is seeking qualified and experienced consulting firms to conduct an evaluation of a project titled "Agroecology for Sustainable Livelihood of Smallholder Farmers." The project is currently being implemented in:

• Oromia Region, Jimma Zone (Nedhi Gihbe and Kersa districts) covering six kebeles and
• Amhara Region, West Gojam Zone (Burie district) covering six kebeles.

APPLICATION DETAILS

• Interested firms may collect the Terms of Reference (TOR) from the FC Coordination Office within ten (10) consecutive working days from the date of this announcement.
• Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes during office hours within this period.
• Each proposal (technical and financial) must be sealed separately and clearly marked.
• FC reserves the right to cancel the bid process, either partially or fully, at any stage.
