The Oromia National Regional State Shaggar Institute of Technology invites eligible bidders for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and integration of 28 network equipment items with the existing LAN setup.

IFB Title: Procurement of Network Equipment, including Installation, Commissioning, & Integration with the Existing LAN Setup.

Shaggar Institute of Technology hereby invites eligible and competitive bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of Network Equipment, including installation, commissioning, and Integration with the Existing LAN Setup.

1. A total of 28 Network equipment items is required; comprehensive technical details of the goods and related service specified in the bidding documents.

2. The amount of the bid security is 1% of the total offered bid price. NB: If the total amount of bid security exceeds birr 500,000, bidder can reduce to ETB 500,000.00. 

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures contained all eligible bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Shaggar Institute of Technology and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 A.M in the morning and 1:30 P.M. to 4.30 P.M. in the afternoon.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 800 (Eight hundred). The method of payment will be cash on site.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before June 29, 2026 G.C. at 10:00 A.M. in the Morning. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's/ representatives who choose to attend at the address below June 30, 2026 G.C at 10:30 A.M. in the Morning Late bids shall be rejected.

7. SIT reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
