Tamrin Investment Holding Company invites eligible bidders for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of a complete solar panel system for its subsidiary companies.

TAMRIN INVESTMENT HOLDING COMPANY would like to invite all eligible bidders through National Competitive Bidding for the Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of a complete Solar Panel System to its subsidiary companies.

Therefore, all interested companies can participate in this bid with due consideration of the following requirements.

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the company's National Competitive Bidding procedures and the bid is open to all eligible bidders.

2. Bidders are required to submit the following legal documents: Renewed Business License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and the relevant competency certificates.

3. A complete set of Standard Bidding Documents including TOR shall be collected from Tamrin Investment Holding Office- Procurement Division, located at Bole to Megenagna main road, Tamrin Building (Besides DHL Office), 1st floor against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred birr) during the regular office hours.

4. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 75,000.00 (Seventy Five Thousand Birr), remains valid for 90 days and shall be issued only by the name of JAMRIN INTERNATIONAL TRADING. PLC in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee.

5. Deadline for submission of the bid will be June 26/2026 at 10:30 AM and the bid will be open on the same date at 11:00 AM in the presence of the bidders' or their legal representatives who wish to attend in person in the address specified below.

6. Tamrin Investment Holding shall not consider any bids that arrives after the deadline for submission of Bids, any Bid received by the company after the deadline for submission of bids shall be declared as late, rejected, and returned to the Bidder remain unopened.

7. Tamrin Investment Holding Company reserves the right to reject the bid partially or in full.

8. Bidders shall use the enclosed Bank Details for the preparation of Bid Security and to deposit nonrefundable fee paid to purchase bidding documents.
