የፅዳት አገልግሎት
1. ወሣኝ የሆኑ ዶክሜንቶችዎን በe-Gp ሲስተም ኦንላይን ላይ ለጨረታዉማያያዝዎን አይዘንጉ
2. ተጫራቶች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ /CPO/ ጥቃቅን እና አነስተኛ የሆኑት ከሚመለከተው መ/ቤት በአድራሻ የዋስትና ደብዳቤ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቀን ከመድረሱ በፊት አንድ ቀን አስቀድሞ አ/አበባ ዘማች ፓርክ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘዉ መደ ወላቡ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ማስተባበሪያ ጽ/ቤት ወይም መወዩ ህክምናና ጤና ሣይንስ ኮሌጅ ጎባ የግዥ ሥራ አስፈፃሚ ጽ/ቤት መቅረብ ይኖርበታል ፡፡ጨረታዉ በሚከፈትበት ዕለትና ሰዓት ተከታትለዉ ኪ-ሼሪዎን ሼር ማድረግ አይዘንጉ
3. የሆስፒታሉ ፅዳት አገልግሎት የሚያስፈልገዉ የሰዉ ሃይል ብዛት ቁጥር 74 (ሰባ አራት) ስለሆነ ዋጋ በሚሞሉበት ወቅት ለፅዳት አገልግሎት የሚያስፈለጉ የተዝርዘሩትን የፅዳት ግበዓቶች ፅዳቱን ለሚያፀዱት ሠራተኞች ደህንነት የሚያስፈልጉ ማቴሪያሎችን ግንዛቤ ውስጥ ማስገባትዎን አይዘንጉ፡፡
4. ለሆስፒታል ፅዳት አገልግሎት የሚያስፈልጉ ግበዓቶችንና የሰዉ ሀይል አሸናፊው ድርጅት በራሱ ወጪ አጓጉዞ ያቀርባል፡፡.
5. የሆስፒታሉ ፅዳት አገልገርሎት የ24 ሰዓት ሥራ ሲሆን ሆስፒታሉ በሚያወጣው የፅዳት ሥራ ፕሮግራም መሰረት የሚከናወን ይሆናል፡፡
6. አሸናፊዉ ድርጅት ለሚቀጥራቸዉና በፅዳት ሥራው ለሚያሰማራቸዉ ሰራተኞቹ ስለስራዉ ሂደት እና ጥንቃቄ በዓመት 2 (ሁለት) ጊዜ ስልጠና ይሰጣል ስለ ሰራተኞቹም ሙሉ ሃላፍትና ዋስትና ይወስዳል
7. በፅዳት ሰራው የሚሰማሩት 74(ሰባ አራቱም) ሰራተኞች በስራ ቀናት ይገኛሉ ቅዳሜንና እሁድን መዋል ያለባቸዉ 16/አስራ ስድስት የፅዳት ሠራተኞች ሲሆኑ 10 (አስሩ) የፅዳት ሠራተኞች አድረዉ /Night Duty ይሰራሉ ሁል ጊዜ ጥዋት ጥዋት ቅዳሜንና እሁድን ጨምሮ 74 ስባ አራቱም ሰራተኞች የጥዋት ሥራ እስኪጠናቀቅ ሥራው ላይ ይገኛሉ ፡፡ የጥዋት ሥራ እንደተጠናቀቀ ከ74 (ሰባ አራት) 37 ሰራተኞች በዛዉ ሥራውን ቀጥለው እስከ 7፡30 ድረስ ይሰራሉ ፡ ፡ ከሰዓት ባኋላ ሌሎቹ 37 (ሰላሳ ሰባቱ) ሰራተኞች ከ7፡30 እስከ 12፡ 00 ሠዓት ይሰራሉ፡፡ የሰባ አራቱም ሠራተኞቸ ስም ዝርዝር እና ስልክ ቁጥር በዝርዝር አሸናፊው ድርጅት ለሆስፒታሉ ያስገባል፡፡ በስራ ላይ የማይሰማሩ ሠራተኞች ደምወዝ እና የፅዳት ዕቃ አገልግሎት ላይ ያልዋለው ሂሳቡ ተሰልቶ ለመንግስት ገቢ የሚደረግ ይሆናል፡፡ የፅዳት ሥራውን ማስተጓጎል እና መቋረጥ አይቻልም፡፡
8 .የፅዳት አገልግሎት ስራ ሰዓት 24 ሰዓት ሲሆን ጥዋት ከ12፡00 ሰዓት እስከ 1፡30 ቀን 6፡30 እስከ 7፡30 ከሰዓት ብኋላ 7፡30 እስክ 12፡30 የሚፀዳ እና ከዚህም በተጨማሪ የስራ ሁኔታዎች እንደሚከሰቱት ይፀዳል ፡፡ በሚመለከተዉ የስራ ክፍል ስለስራዉ እና ሰራተኞቹ የስራ ክትትል እና ቁጥጥር ይደረጋል፡፡ አቴንዳስ ይወሰዳል
9 .የዲዩቲ/የአዳር/የሥራ ቦታዎች a. የህፃናት ተኝቶ ታካሚ ፤ የውስጥ ደዌ ተኝቶ ታካሚ ክፍል b. ድንገተኛ መለስተኛ ቀዶ ጥገና ፤ ላቦራቶሪ ፤ የጨቅላ ህፃናት ተኝቶ ህክምና ክፍል c. የማህፀንና ፅንስ ተኝቶ ታካሚ ክፍል d. ቀዶ ጥገና የፅኑ ህሙማን ማገገሚያ ክፍል e. በተጨማሪ አስፈላጊ የሆኑ የሕክምና ክፍሎች
10 . አሸናፊው ድርጅት ከመ/ቤቱ ጋር ውል በመግባት በውል ስምምነቱ መሰረት የሚፈፀም ይሆናል
11 . የሚሞላዉ ዋጋ 1 (የአንድ ወር) የፅዳት አገልግሎት ቫትን አካቶ ይሆናል
12 .መ/ቤቱ የተሸለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጫረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ በህግ የተጠበቀ ነዉ
13 . የአገልግሎቱ ጊዜ ከ11/11/2018 ዓ.ም እስከ 30/10/2019 ዓ.ም
14 .የዋጋ ማስተካከያ የሚደረገዉ የፅዳት ግበዓቶች የገበያ ዋጋ መረጃ ከኢቲዮጵያ ሰታቲስቲክስ አገልግሎት ከኢቲዮጵያ ሰታቲስቲክስ አገልግሎት ከጠፋና ማረጋገጫ ከተሰጠ ከአምራች ድርጅት እና በአካባቢዉ በሚጠናዉ የገበያ ዋጋ መረጃ መሰረት የሚፈፀም ይሆናል፡፡ ከዚህ ውጪ የሚገኝ የዋጋ መረጃ ምንጭ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡
15. ለፅዳት አገልግሎት የሚውሉትን ግበዓቶች በዝርዝር የተጠቀሱትን አሁናዊ የገበያ ዋጋ ላይ በመሞርኮዝ ትክክለኛዉን ዋጋ በማጥናት ይሙሉ፡፡Address:
