- ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታው በከፊል ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው።
- የአቅርበቱ መጠንና ጊዜ ዩኒቨርሲቲው በሚያዘው መሰረት ይሆናል።
- የማሰረከብያ ቦታ በሁሉም ካምፓሶች ( አክሱም ዋና ግቢ ፣ አክሱም ሪፈራል ሆስፒታል ፣ ሽረ ካምፓስ ፣ ዓድዋ ካምፓስ ) ይሆናል።
- የጨረታ ማስከበርያው ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ወደ ዩኒቨርሲቲው የግዥ ስራ አስፈፃሚ መቅረብ አለበት።
- ፕራይቬት ኪይ/Private key/ ጨረታው ከተከፈተበት ሰዓት ጀምሮ በሁለት ሰዓት ውስጥ መላክ አለበት በተጠቀሰው ሰዓት ካልተላከ ከውድድር ውጭ ይደረጋሉ።
- በጥቃቅንና አንስተኛ የተደራጁ ማህበራት የሚያቀርቡት የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ የጨረታው ዓይነትና /ሎት/ የጨረታ ማስከበርያ መጠን መገለፅ አለበት፤ ካልተገለፀ ከውድድር ውጭ ይደረጓሉ፡፡
- መያያዝ ያለባቸው ዶኩሜንቶች ግልፅና የሚነበቡ መሆን አለባቸው፣ እንዲሁም በሚመለካታቸው ቦታ ካልተያያዙ እና ካልቀረቡ ከጨረታው ውድቅ ይደረጋሉ። ማስታወሻ፡የቴክኒካልመመዘኛ መስፈርት በሙሉ የማያሟሉ ተወዳዳሪዎች ከውድደር ውጭ ይደረጋሉ። (Must Meet Criteria)
- ተጫራች ድርጅት ከመንግስት ቄራዎች ተቋማት ጋር ውል የሚያስሩ ከሆነ ቴክኒካልመመዘኛ መስፈርት ተብለው በተገለፁት መሰረት መሟላት ያለባቸው ሰነዶች በሙሉ ባለማጓደል ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል።
