Name of Project: Strengthening Inclusive access to legal aid service for Marginalized groups in Benishangul Gumuz Region. (UNODC)

1. Development for All (DFA) is a local civil society organization established in 2016 with a vision to see just and inclusive societies where everyone lives in dignity. DFA promotes the rights of minorities and other vulnerable groups including people affected by humanitarian situations, persons with disabilities, youth, women and children.
2. Development for All (DFA) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Mattress 250 Pcs, Blanket 250 Pcs, Dignity kit (Modess) 1000 Pcs, toilet soap 1000 Pcs, Cloth Soap 2000 Pcs. The detailed Technical Specifications of the Goods are provided in the Bidding Documents.
3. The Bid is arranged in two lots, and a bidder can participate in one or both lots if they hold the required license. However, all items within a lot must be presented completely and without omission to ensure fair competition
4. Item included in the bid must be confirmed according to the specification stated in the bid document to ensure fair competition. Any discrepancy may result in disqualification.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Benishangul Gumuz Region, Assosa Town, Red cross Compound, DFA regional coordination office Contact Person: 09 13 33 9484
6. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 300 ETB (Three Hundred Ethiopian Birr).
7.  Bids must be delivered to the above office from 18 June, 2026-02 July, 2026 10:AM and must be accompanied by a bid security of 10,000 Birr (Ten thousand birr) in the form of CPQ or Bid Bond issued by a recognized bank that must remain valid for 15 days after the end of the bid submission date.
8. Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders' representatives and anyone who choose to attend at 10 AM on July 02, 2026 at DFA regional coordination offices in Benishangul Gumuz Region Assosa Town inside Red Cross Compound.
9. The items will be delivered and handed over to the DFA Office at the Red Cross compound in Assosa Town."

12. The bidder shall provide a trade registration certificate
13.  The bidder shall provide VAT Registration Certificate and Tax Clearance Certificate for the current fiscal year. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
14. Development for All reserves the right to reject any Bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
