In Ethiopia, the organization contributes to the prevention of maternal and child death thereby supporting the Government of Ethiopia to effectively implement its Health Sector Transformation Plan. Pathfinder Ethiopia focuses on improving the Health System's Performance and Capacity in Delivering Quality Health Services related to Family Planning, Reproductive Health, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health, Obstetric Fistula, Adolescent and Youth Health and Development, Nutrition, and response to COVID-19.
Pathfinder international would like to invite qualified audit firms to perform an annual audit of our books of account for the current fiscal year.
Requirements:
- Must have renewed professional license and business license.
- Must be registered Certified Chartered Accountants.
- Must have a Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Value Added Tax (VAT) certificate.
- Must provide evidence of settlement of all taxes for the fiscal year.
- Must allocate key audit team will comprise, at least:
- An audit manager with at least 10 years' experience in auditing and with a sound knowledge of the donor-financed project. Besides, he/ she should be a member of a recognized accountancy professional body.
- A team leader with must be CPA/ACCA with a minimum of 5 years' experience in auditing; and
- Assistant auditors with adequate experience and professional quali- fications.
- Experience of auditing financial statement prepared based on U.S. GAAP standards.
Qualified audit firms meeting the above criteria are invited to submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes before July 06, 2026, at 2:00 P.M.
