EngenderHealth Ethiopia Office is seeking certified audit firms to perform audit services for the period from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with the engagement expected to cover three fiscal years until June 2028.

INVITATION TO BID FOR AUDIT SERVICE

EngenderHealth Ethiopia Office is a leading global women's health organization and is legally re-registered with the Agency for Civil Society Organizations with registration no. 1233.

EngenderHealth would like to invite certified Audit Firms to perform Audit Service for the period July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.

The audit service is expected to cover a total period of three fiscal years until June 2028. Interested audit firms can collect Term of Reference from our central office starting from June 22, 2026 during office working hours (Morning 8:30am - 12:00 pm and Afternoon 1:30 pm - 5:00 pm) and submit their Technical and Financial Proposals in a separate sealed envelope duly marking the envelopes as "Technical" and " Financial" proposals.

The deadline for submission of the bid is June 26,2026 @ 12:00 pm (6:00 local time) to the address below in the bid box prepared for this purpose.

Bidders are required to attach the following documents as part of the technical bid documents.

1. Renewed professional and business license,
2. Tax identification and value added tax certificate,
3. Organization profile including evidence of experience in Auditing specially an International NGO with IPSAS reporting requirement
4. Registered Certified Chartered Accountants/ Certificate of professional competency,
5. Experience of working in IPSAS reporting standards,
6. Required have experience of project (SIDA) specific audit as per SIDA requirements.
7. A schedule or detailed audit plan, that includes expected audit start date and completion date,
8. The price must clearly include 15% VAT, transportation, accommodation cost, perdiem and other expenses and auditor must be willing to fix payment fee for a total of three consecutive years.
