The Peak annual turnover calculated as total certified construction work payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the past Five years.

In case of Partnerships, Consortium or Joint Ventures, the bidder submit a separate Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form for each member; disclose at least one of the following: -

1)    Directly or indirectly holding 10% or more of the shares.

2)    Directly or indirectly holding 10% or more of the Voting Rights or

3)    Directly or indirectly having the right to appoint a majority of the board of Directors or an equivalent governing body of the consultant or

4)    Whether a person directly or indirectly exercises significant influence or control over the Company (tendered)

In the case of a bid submitted by a Partnership, Consortium or a joint venture (JV), the Bidder has to submit the Form Data on Partnership, Consortium or Joint Ventures, the Agreement governing the formation of joint venture, or letter of intent to form Partnership, Consortium or Joint Venture, including a draft agreement, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.1.

 Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.5(b)(iii).

Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.5(b)(ii)), in accordance with ITB Clause 4. 5(b)(ii).;

Bidder has not been debarred by a decision of the Public Procurement and Property Administration Authority from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation under previous contracts, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.3;

Bidder does have nationality in accordance with ITB Clause 4.2.

Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Clause 6;

Bidder has to submit business organization registration certificate in accordance with ITB Clause 4.5(c).

The bidder must present a description of its firm

Bidder has to provide in the Bidder Certification of Compliance Form information related to its professional qualification and capability for the period specified in the BDS Clause 15.1;

Bidder has to demonstrate in its Technical Proposal that it will have the personnel for the key positions that meet requirements 

Bidder has failed to provide CVs of the Professional staff signed by the staff themselves or by the authorized representative of the Professional Staff.

Bidder has to submit relevant professional practice certificates, if required in BDS Clause 4.5(b)(iv).

Non-performance of a contract did not occur within the last [10 % of net worth the company] years prior to the deadline for Bid submission, based on all information on fully settled disputes or litigation. A fully settled dispute or litigation is one that has been resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Mechanism under the respective contract, and where all appeal instances available to the bidder have been exhausted

All pending litigation shall in total not represent more than ,,,, [10%] percent of the Bidder’s net worth and shall be treated as resolved against the Bidder.

General experience in Construction Sector as Contractor, Subcontractor and Joint Venture Minimum 10,000,000 years' experience,

Bidder has to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS Clause 16.3 with a budget of at least,,, that of this contract.
