Addis Integrated Development Organization is seeking a qualified external audit firm to provide a professional independent opinion on the organization's performance for the year ended June 30, 2026.

1. Background

Addis Integrated Development Organization (former Merkato Child and Family Charitable Society) has been registered and licensed by the Civil Society Organizations Authority of Ethiopia as a Civil Society Organization in accordance with the Civil Society Organizations Proclamation number 1113/2011 on August 7/2019. Serving Deprived, Excluded and Vulnerable Children and youth with their family environment and is donated by ChildFund. The Civil Society Organization operates in the districts of Addis ketema sub city.

2. Audit Objective

The Objective of the external audit is to enable auditors to express their professional independent opinion on the performance of the organization for the year ended June 30, 2026.

3. Scope of the Audit

The Audit will be conducted in accordance with the guide line provided by FDRE Authority of Civil Society Organizations & International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).

4. Requirements

• Renewed Professional license
• Renewed business license
• Recognized by the FDRE- Office of Federal audit general & ACSO
• Experience in auditing with Civil Society is Desirable
• Tax Identification number and value added tax certificate
• Certification of Payment for Profit tax
• Qualified with Charters Certified Accountants (ACCA)

5. Application Procedure

Qualified and interested firm is required to submit its technical and financial proposal in separated sealed envelopes to our office, located in Addis Ketema sub city, on the road from Paster square to the main bus station next to Addisu Michael Orthodox church.
