FAMA Import Export & Services invites qualified and experienced audit firms to submit sealed technical and financial proposals for the provision of external audit services.

Eligible bidders are required to submit the following documents:

• Valid business license
• Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• VAT registration certificate
• Company profile and relevant audit experience
• Relevant experience in construction and import/export sectors
• Qualification and professional certification of key audit staffer
• Proposed audit methodology, work plan, and delivery timeline Financial proposal quoted in ETB and inclusive of VAT

Proposal Submission: Bidders shall submit their proposals in two separate sealed envelopes: one technical proposal and one financial proposal.

Submission Time: From 2:30 to 11:00 Local Time during office hours; Saturday from 2:30 to 6:00 Local Time.

Proposals will be evaluated based on legal compliance, VAT eligibility, relevant sector experience, audit team capacity, delivery timeline, and price competitiveness.
