Melik Silte's Farmers' Cooperative Union is seeking sealed bids from eligible Grade 2 and above Architectural and Engineering Consultancy firms for the design of a 2B+G+12 Mixed Use Building Complex located in Worabe Town.

FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID (NCB)

To all Consultants of category Grade 2 & above Architectural and Engineering Consultancy Service with license valid for the year.

Project Procurement reference No:

1. Melik Silte's Farmers' Cooperative Union now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Service for the Architectural and Engineering Design of 2B+G+12 Mixed Use Building Complex in its premises in Worabe Town.

2. The bidder has to present valid license /Trade and consultancy/, Tax Clearance letter and VAT registration certificate and Tin Registration to buy the document.

3. Eligible bidders are required to submit Technical and Financial proposals original and copy in a separate envelope. A consultant will be selected under Quality and Cost- based selection procedures described in the bidding document.

4. A complete set of bid document may be purchased by any interest eligible bidder at: Melik Silte's Farmers' Cooperative Union, Tel: 0467710047 Fax: Worabe against a non-refundable fee of Birr 1000.00 /One Thousand Birr/.

5. Any quires can be forwarded to the procuring entity from Monday to Friday at working hours from 8:30AM to 5:00PM

6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee amounting ETB 70,000.00 (Seventy Thousand Birr Only). Bids must be delivered to Melik Silte's Farmers' Cooperative Union, Tel: 0467710047, Worabe, Ethiopia on or before 3:00PM of the 21th day to be counted from the date of announcement of the tender. Technical proposal will be opened on the same day, at 3:30 PM in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend. If the 21th day is not a working day, the bid will be closed and opened at the aforementioned time of the next working day. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening.

7. The Financial Proposal of the bidders who pass the technical evaluation shall be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend, on the date to be announced by the employer.
