Debarment	Bidder has not been debarred by a decision of the Public Procurement and Property Authority from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation
valid tax clearance certificate	Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);
valid business license	Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);
VAT registration certificate	Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value specified in BDS Clause 4.6(b)(ii)
supplier list	Bidder has to register itself in the electronic government procurement system as suppliers list (mandatory for all bidders ) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.7
Nationality	Bidder's have nationality in accordance with ITB Sub-Clause 4.2.
conflict of interest	Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3

Terms and Conditions: 1. The University has the right to cancel the bid fully or partially. (ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።) 2. Bidders are required to provide a bank guarantee of 300,000 birr in person. (ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን 300,000 ብር የባንክ ዋስትና ወይም ሲፒኦ በአካል ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡) 3. Bidders must submit their Private Key number before to the bid opening date. (አቅራቢዎች የጨረታ መለያ ቁጥራቸውን ከጨረታ መክፈቻው ቀን ቀድመው መላክ አለባችው።) 4.አቅርቦቱ እስከ ሰኔ 30/2019 ዓ/ም ድረስ ነው፡፡ 5. የዋጋ ማሻሸያ አይደረግም ፡፡ 6. ስጋው ቄራ ታርዶ መቅረብ አለበት ቄራ ለመታረዱም የቄራ ማህተም መደረግ አለበት፡፡ 7. አሸናፊው ድርጅት ከምግብ ቤት በሚቀርበው ትዛዝ መሰረት ማቅረብ አለበት ገቢ የሚሆነው በተቋመው ኮሚቴ መረጋገጥ ሲችል ነው፡፡
