The Jesuit Refugee Service (IRS) is an international catholic organization with a mission to accompany, serve and strive to enhance the human development of refugee and other forcibly displaced persons, JRS was set up by the Society of Jesus in 1980 and now is working in over 50 countries. JRS has committed itself in Ethiopia for more than a couple of decades with refugees from all over Africa. JRS-Ethiopia is accredited and authorized by the F.D.R.E, charity and Society agency as a foreign charity in accordance with the charity and Society proclamation No.621/2009 to partake in certain restricted activities in Ethiopia.

To extend its commitment further and address refugee' educational, livelihood and psychosocial needs in a transparent and accountable manner, the JRS-Ethiopia is inviting accredited Audit firm to conduct annual audit of the organization. The audit firm expected to meet the following requirements: Highly qualified and with minimum five years' Audit experience explicitly on International NGOs with IPSAS;

• Able to provide technical and financial proposal
• Renewed business license and having Tax Identification Number (TIN);
• The firm must be able to demonstrate paying the current year tax;
• The ability of the firm to perform the work timely;
• The firm have ability to do group audit instructions work
• The firm must be able to demonstrate the efficiency, quality and integrity of the audit approach proposed, together with the quality control procedure adopted.

The Audit firm who meets the above listed criteria are required to submit the offer and other documents up to July 3, 2026, in a sealed envelop to the following address:
